It’s easy to volunteer with Island City Opera. Currently Island City Opera enjoys the assistance of many volunteers who carry out a range of administrative, backstage, special event and performance-day tasks. We will match your schedule and skills with our production needs. Volunteering is a great way to meet people, learn new skills and contribute to the arts in Alameda.

We are currently in need of help with Fundraising Event Production, House Management, Box Office Management, Marketing, Website Design, Website Programming, Ticketing System Management, and a variety of Production tasks.
