Our season starts in January 2017 with Donizetti’s Don Pasquale and concludes in March 2017 with Massenet’s Don Quixote.
An accompanist will be provided for your audition.
For those auditioning for Dulcinee please prepare Page 172 “Alza!” till page 177 “sur les levres!” Score
For those auditioning for Don Quichotte, please prepare Page 205 “Marche” till page 207 “fidele” (before Dulcinee’s entrance). Score
Please prepare Italian and/or French selections appropriate to the upcoming productions.
Note: Don Pasquale, Dr. Malatesta, and, Norina have been cast as well as Sancho Panza.
All performances are at the Elks Lodge Ballroom, 2255 Santa Clara Avenue, Alameda CA.
Rehearsals for Don Pasquale will start in late 2016 with a break for Christmas and New Years. Performances are January 18th at 7:30 PM, 20th at 7:30 PM, 22nd at 2:00 PM, 27th at 7:30 PM and 29th at 2:00 PM.
Rehearsal for Don Quixote will begin in early February. Performances are March 1st at 7:30 PM, 3rd at 7:30 PM, 5th at 2:00 PM, 10th at 7:30 PM, 12th at 2:00 PM.
